Program description

The SafeLane Driver Academy SMS Program offers Account notifications related to subscriptions, guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, and HELP replies; separately opted-in marketing messages about offers, products and services, featured resources, campaigns, and newly available guides and tools. Each preference requires separate, optional consent. SafeLane Driver Academy is not an insurance company or agent.

Opt-in method

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking one or more unchecked SMS consent boxes on our sign-up page. A phone number alone is never treated as consent.

Your first message will read similar to: "SafeLane Driver Academy: Your selected SMS preference is confirmed. Account messages vary with activity; marketing messages generally up to 4/month if selected. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help."

Account notification frequency varies based on account activity. Marketing message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "SafeLane Driver Academy: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

HELP instructions

Reply HELP for help: "SafeLane Driver Academy: SMS subscription help: support@safelanedriveracademy.com or +1 (307) 345-0103. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number and at least 18 years old.

Mobile opt-in data policy

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to insurance carriers, agents, brokers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers.
